The medical association Imago Proxima Centauri promotes living thinking in order to achieve an individualized medicine.

A sense of instability and uncertainty has been in the air for some time now. Geopolitical, social and technological scenarios are becoming reality. The Coronavirus accelerates these transformative processes, particularly those of the fourth industrial (digital) revolution.

The nominalist and abstract view, which relies wholly on statistics and protocols, disregards the intentions of an individualized medicine that also gives space to the individual physician’s creativity and will to heal. The restrictions in the social life and the division this causes among people create a civilization with dystopian potential. The hyper-abstract, algorithm-based thinking has created pseudo organisms that generate the illusion of an ‘expanded’, digital and collective, consciousness.

The association Imago Proxima Centauri, which was founded on 1 October 2020, strives for a renewal of biology. In including the qualitative nature of everything living and the spiritual essence of the human being, its tools enable an individualized treatment of illnesses.

The association promotes training seminars that introduce Anthroposophic Medicine, as well as studies and research based on Rudolf Steiner’s further development of Goethe’s theory of knowledge and phenomenology – because for thinking to evolve it needs to be morphologic and morphodynamic.
