The Corona crisis calls for an end to the ongoing scandal of industrial animal husbandry, because it is not only contrary to animal welfare but also to human dignity. Human dignity involves standing up for animals on three levels: We stand on an equal footing with our brother and sister animals by developing partnership with them. We lead animals uprooted from their natural home and give them a new cultural home. We can learn from animals and their specialisation. Thus the animal stands above, with and below us. Our aim is to establish a new life together with animals.
